My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use Gottman techniques when working with couples and am client-centered. While I primarily use these modalities, I believe that therapy isn’t one size fits all and we will use what works best for you. We will collaborate on a treatment plan that suits your needs and goals to uncover your inner strength and create a path to a more fulfilling future.
